Staff of The Month – Syazwan “The Monopoly Man”
This month editor’s choice for Staff of the Month is Mohd Syazwan bin Ramli. Joining MECIP since year 2010, he is a Project Engineer for Civil and Structure department. Currently he is focus on 2015-2016 PETRONAS Melaka Refinery projects and well known as an outstanding team player by the colleague. Syazwan is extremely active supporting his fellow project team members and engaging with other industry peers on a daily basis.
Besides that, He also brings up the entrepreneurship revolution in MECIP. With a business mind-set, he have gain a remarkable profit on frozen lamb meat, keropok lekor, cloth and dresses in all over bazaar around Kertih – Paka.
All of his friend and colleague were inspired with his business activities and attracted everybody to become one. They all believe that with an entrepreneur set of skills, MECIP will grow even faster. His philosophy of one does not have to set sail onto a big ocean; it can start with MECIP as a starting platform for an entrepreneurship development. The company are very glad to have him as part of MECIP family and looking forward with long term successful growth.
